Sara Franzén is the new Head of Sales!

Hi Sara! How does it feel to have worked at Betalkontroll for a year now and to have recently taken on the role of Head of Sales?

It feels really good and fun! Time has flown by incredibly quickly. While it feels like I started yesterday, it also feels like much longer than a year.  

As we grow as a company, I have been entrusted with the position of Head of Sales, which is a great honor. I am very excited to see where we in the sales team can take ourselves this year, and I look forward to being part of the development. I am confident that we will see an expansion of Betalkontroll, both in the public and private sectors. 

What has been the most enjoyable aspect of the past year?

The most enjoyable part of the year has been the opportunity to get to know and meet many new people in the industry. Together at Betalkontroll, we have managed to expand significantly, primarily in the public sector, which has been an exciting journey to be a part of.    

What are you most looking forward to in the coming year? 

I look forward to growing as a company and team, welcoming new colleagues, and exceeding our goals with many more satisfied customers! 

Who is Sara outside of work?

Outside of work, Sara would probably be described as a pretty calm girl. I love hanging out with my friends, planning trips, and I also read a lot of books. Otherwise, you'll often find me at the gym, and in the fall I like to be out in the mushroom forest. Plus, it's a lot of fun to go to soccer games when it's season!  

Do you have any hidden talents/something that many people don't know about you?

Oh, that's a tough one! Something that many people don't know about me is that I'm very interested in food. That can mean anything from trying out new restaurants around the world to spending hours in the kitchen trying to come up with the best flavor combinations. Unfortunately, I don't think I have any hidden talents, but I have played ice hockey for several years, which many people don't know about.
