After working with transaction analyses for the past 10 years, we have unfortunately found that a lot can go wrong. Incorrect payments and internal and external fraud often lead to significant financial damage for companies. As processes within finance and purchasing become increasingly automated and systematized, the demands on internal control to ensure continued high quality in the payment flow are also increasing.

We have seen a need among companies and organizations to be able to receive real-time indications of payment errors so that they can take action before any damage is done. But also the ability to proactively quality-assure new suppliers in order to feel secure in a future business relationship. This gave rise to the idea of creating the market's best service for increased financial internal control in real time. We chose to call our service Betalkontroll™. The result was a unique service for financial internal control, which, in addition to analyzing payment files, also includes support for checking that new suppliers meet your unique requirements for a business relationship, that purchases made comply with your purchasing policy, and support for real-time monitoring of your suppliers.
