Job responsibilities

As a Technical Support & Onboarding Specialist, you will work with the following tasks:

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, chat, and video meetings
• Manage technical activities during the onboarding process for new customers
• Collaborate with and support the development team

Your profile and qualifications

You have a genuine interest in technology and are solution-oriented, analytical, meticulous, and structured.

As a person, you are responsible and driven, with a professional approach. You are service-minded and always want to deliver the highest level of customer experience.

Furthermore, we see that you can support and guide Betalkontroll users in an educational manner. You are a stable and confident person with strong communication skills who can engage in constructive dialogue with users and colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in IT support and/or IT operations
• Experience working with server and service configuration
• Express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Strong technical interest and knowledge
• Very high level of service
